Laura has worked with the Marlowe Theatre, Barbican Arts Centre, English National Opera, East 15 School of Acting, the National Centre for Circus Arts, Italia Conti, University College of Cork and the National Theatre of Malta. Her workshops have toured throughout the UK and Europe including Camp Bestival, Cork Midsummer Festival and Edinburgh Fringe.

Drag It Up
Explore the messiness of life through storytelling and all things drag!
Drag it Up is a performance workshop led by multi-award nominated theatre artist and drag king Laura Wyatt O’Keeffe aka Father JC.
Over the course of six weeks, this workshop explores drag and performance through comedy, character development, lip-sync, improvisation and storytelling. We also discuss the basics of ascetics (make-up and costume) as well as audio track making.
No experience of drag, writing or performance necessary.
